CANCELLATIONS

We require 24 HOURS notice of cancellation.

NEW CLIENTS

Salon:

We require a $50 non-refundable scheduling fee for any new client scheduling a service OVER $100.

This fee is applied to your scheduled service unless forfeited by a LESS THAN 24-hour notice of rescheduling.

Spa:

A 50% of service scheduling fee is required for any new client scheduling a service in the spa.

This fee is applied to your scheduled service unless forfeited by a LESS THAN 24-hour notice of rescheduling.

EXISTING CLIENTS OF FITGER’S SALON & SPA

Existing clients will not be charged a scheduling fee UNLESS an appointment is forfeited with no notice, OR less than a 24 hour notice is given to cancel appointment.  In this case, a scheduling fee will be required for booking any future appointments.

We do understand that last minute changes/notices are sometimes unforeseeable, but we ask that in this case, you communicate via phone (218-491-7007) and that the appointment be rescheduled within a 14 day time frame.

LATE ARRIVALS

To ensure timely service to each of our guests, we may need to abbreviate or reschedule your service(s) if you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time.

NO-SHOW POLICY

If an appointment is forfeited or given less than 24-hour notice to reschedule, a scheduling fee will be required for a future appointment.

LASH BOOKING POLICY

* All full set appointments require a 50% of-service scheduling fee.

* Please give us a 24-hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling.

Any cancellations/rescheduling/no shows with less than 24-hour notice will forfeit their scheduling fee.  If an appointment is forfeited or given less than 24-hour notice to reschedule, a scheduling fee will be required for all future appointments.
